PDF Storage:

• S3 buckets are not publicly accessible.
• Access to stored PDFs is restricted to authorized users with proper permissions.

Encryption and Security:

• S3 storage is encrypted at rest.
• Access is controlled through secure authentication mechanisms.

Deletion of PDFs:

• Users may delete uploaded PDFs through their dashboard.
• When a user initiates deletion, the corresponding PDFs are permanently removed from storage.

Reticl does not guarantee indefinite storage of documents. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies.

5. Data Retention

Account Information:

We retain your email and username for as long as your account remains active.

Document Data:

PDFs are stored until:

• The user deletes them via the dashboard, or
• The account is closed and associated data is removed.

6. Account Deletion and Data Requests

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time by emailing:

Upon verified request, we will delete:

• Email address
• Username
• Associated stored PDFs

Some minimal records may be retained if required for legal or operational purposes.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information.

We may share information:

• With service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting providers)
• If required by law or legal process

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge and accept this risk when using the Service.
