Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Anonymous Usage

Reticl may allow one (1) anonymous comparison per user or device. We reserve the right to limit anonymous usage and prevent abuse.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of documents you upload ("User Content"). By uploading documents, you grant Reticl a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze the content solely for providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload such documents.

8. Data Processing & Storage

Uploaded documents may be temporarily stored for processing and deleted automatically. Reticl does not guarantee permanent storage. You are responsible for saving your results.

9. Confidentiality & Sensitive Information

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, upload malicious files, attempt reverse engineering, or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in termination.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reticl from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

18. Contact Information

For questions regarding these Terms, contact: support@reticl.io

Reticl is a PDF comparison tool designed for engineers, legal teams, and regulatory compliance professionals. Traditional diff tools often produce noisy results when layouts change or when documents are scanned. Reticl uses layout-aware analysis and OCR to detect real textual differences between PDFs, producing clean and readable comparisons across digital and scanned documents.
